Caity Jackson (BHSc, MSc) is the Co-Founder and Director of Communications for Women in Global Health, a global organization that brings together all genders and backgrounds to achieve gender equality in global health leadership. Women in Global Health was co-founded almost three years ago to create a platform for discussions and collaborative space for leadership, facilitate specific education and training, garner support and commitment from the global community, and demand change for Gender Transformative Leadership.
Caity has a decade of experience in higher global health education and communication, specializing in young professional and leadership development. Her recent work as the Director of Jackson Consulting International has seen her work with clients around the globe alongside higher education institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. She serves on the Consortium of Universities for Global Health’s (CUGH) education sub-committee and was recently named one of the top 300 Women Leaders in Global Health by the Graduate Institute in Geneva. She is also a Founder and Past Chair of the annual Global Health Student & Young Professional Summit (Canadian), and a founding member of the Canadian Society for International Health's (CSIH) MentorNet mentorship program.
