Nina is Founder and Principal at Spark Street Consulting, a strategic consulting firm with representation in New York, Islamabad, Delhi and Lisbon, specializing in improving effectiveness, maximizing impact, and driving the intersection between strategy, policy and advocacy.
During her career, Nina has held numerous leadership positions. At Gavi, she served the Deputy Executive Secretary and the Managing Director for Policy and Performance, and for seven years led Gavi’s work on strategy and policy development, market shaping, performance management, monitoring and evaluation.
Nina developed and directed the Open Society Foundations (OSF) Public Health Program and acted as UNICEF’s Associate Director, Program Division and Chief of Health. She has worked at the TB Alliance, the Population Council and EngenderHealth, and holds degrees from Harvard and Columbia.
She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia's School of Public Health and serves on Gavi’s Evaluation Advisory Committee.
